Self-adhesive label

Eco Labels

Bofeng New Materials supplies self-adhesive labels for retail, food, logistics and industrial use — paper, film, thermal, A4 and specialty grades, in stock formats or custom printed.

Most label choices come down to four questions: the surface the label sticks to, the conditions it must survive, the printer that applies it, and whether it arrives blank or pre-printed. The categories below organise the range by face stock and form — paper, film, thermal, printed, A4 sheets and thermal receipt — while Functional Labels collects grades built for demanding jobs: waterproof, freezer, high-temperature, flame-retardant, insulation, anti-static, safety-warning and anti-counterfeit. Tell us the application and we will recommend a construction of face stock, adhesive and liner, and arrange samples.

FAQ

  • Do you supply blank labels or custom-printed labels? Both: blank rolls, fanfold stacks and A4 sheets for thermal, laser and inkjet printing, and custom-printed paper or film labels including variable data such as barcodes, QR codes and sequential numbers.
  • Which label material fits my application? Start from the surface — glass, plastic, metal, board or rough packaging — and the conditions: moisture, oil, temperature range and outdoor exposure. Paper suits dry indoor use; PP, PET, PE and PVC film handle moisture, chemicals and repeated handling; functional grades cover freezing, heat, static and security needs. Send us the details and we will specify a construction.
  • What is the difference between direct thermal and thermal transfer labels? Direct thermal needs no ribbon and suits short-life printing such as logistics labels, retail scales and receipts; thermal transfer uses a ribbon for durable, long-life images. Top-coated (TOP) direct-thermal grades extend legibility to several years.
  • Can sizes, cores and print be customised? Yes — roll width, label dimensions, core diameter, perforation, winding direction, die-cut shape and printed artwork are all made to order, alongside standard stock sizes.
  • Do you provide samples before bulk production? Yes. Material samples can be posted, and for printed orders a digital proof and a pre-production sample are arranged so you can confirm feeding, adhesion and print quality on your own line first.
  • Are eco-friendly or food-contact options available? Kraft and recycled-content papers, BPA-free and phenolic-resin-free thermal coatings are available. Material and compliance documents are provided offline on request; direct or indirect food-contact suitability should be confirmed for your market.
  • What information do you need to quote? Label size, material or application, quantity, print requirements, core size and printer model, destination and target lead time. Each product page also lists the key details under How to Select and Order.
  • How are export orders shipped? By sea, air or express depending on urgency; lead time and freight are confirmed per order once specification and quantity are fixed.
