Laser Film Labels

Some packs have to do two jobs at once: stand out on a crowded shelf, and be hard to copy. For a spirit bottle, a premium cosmetic or an electronics accessory, a label that only prints flat colour usually struggles with both - it disappears next to bolder neighbours, and it is easy for a counterfeiter to reproduce. Holographic (laser) film answers with effects ordinary print cannot imitate: colour and depth that shift as the pack moves, catching the eye and making a passable fake much harder to make.

We supply laser film labels whose holographic effect comes from a micro-structured diffraction layer on OPP, BOPET or PETG film - no metal coating required. The effect can be pixel holographic, lithographic/diffractive, three-dimensional, dynamic or metallic in texture, and the surface still takes offset, screen or letterpress printing when the design needs brand content on top. Effects are developed from your design brief, so the pattern you see is realised to your artwork rather than drawn from a fixed stock library.

The diffraction structure splits light so colour and pattern change as the label tilts - pixel, diffractive, 3D, dynamic and metallic-texture variants each give a different character under shop lighting.

Effects that make copying harder

The fine optical detail is produced on specialist mastering and embossing equipment, so it is difficult to reproduce on a common printer or scanner - useful where a pack carries value or authenticity risk, and verifiable with viewing tools where you need that level of check.
