This website, www.bofmat.com, is operated by Zhuhai Bofeng New Materials Limited ("Bofeng", "we", "us"), a supplier of eco labels and fresh absorbent pads for the food and retail packaging industry. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the fields you fill in — your name, email address, country, subject and message. If you email or telephone us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use third-party analytics and customer-support services to understand how visitors use the site and to let visitors start a conversation with our sales team. These services may record pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source, and may set cookies or read device identifiers.
3. How we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and samples, provide technical or commercial support, and — in aggregate — to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that make this website work, such as our website hosting, analytics and customer-support providers. They process it on our instructions. This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
