We supply eco-friendly paper packaging and help you source it across four product lines — baking & food paper, eco paper bags, eco labels, and fresh absorbent pads. A small sample is the fastest way to check a material before you commit to bulk — and small samples are free, including shipping. Here is what to send and what happens next.

1. What to send us

You do not need a perfect specification sheet. A few sentences about what you make, where the paper is used, and your target market already help us a lot. Then fill in what you know:

  • Product line: one of the four, or several if you are sourcing together
  • Intended format & size: roll, sheet, circle, bag, pad, label… and roughly what you need — we will match a close sample format
  • Material / grammage: e.g. greaseproof, silicone-coated, kraft, coated base paper — as specific as you have
  • Performance needs: release or non-stick, heat resistance, oil and grease resistance, absorbency, wet strength
  • Printed or plain, and whether a custom logo or packaging will come later
  • Target quantity & destination: approximate volume and shipping country
  • A reference to match (optional but very useful): a sample, photo or link of a product you already use

If you are not sure about the material name — describe the application instead. “Liner for a bamboo dim sum steamer, about 22 cm” tells us more than a guessed paper name.

2. What happens next

StepWhat we do
① We replyUsually the next business day. We confirm the specification and that a small sample can be arranged.
② We confirm your sampleWe tell you the closest small format we can send for your line and spec — and if it is not a standard item, what we can offer instead.
③ We ship itOnce you confirm, the sample goes out free — courier cost included — with tracking, and you get the waybill.
④ From sample to bulkWhen the sample works for you, request a quote for bulk. We lock the specification, confirm lead time, and keep a retained sample from the production run at shipment for traceability.

3. Which products can I sample?

You can request free small samples for all four lines:

  • Baking & Food Paper
  • Eco Paper Bags
  • Eco Labels
  • Fresh Absorbent Pads

One request can cover several lines. If you are comparing materials across lines, tell us — we will send a combined sample in one shipment, still free.

4. Cost and time

  • Samples: free small samples across all four lines, courier included. Samples ship once the spec is confirmed with you — nothing goes out by surprise.
  • First reply: usually within one business day.
  • Bulk lead time: quoted with each quotation — no blanket promise. Trade terms such as FOB or EXW can be arranged.
  • Compliance documents: if your market needs food-contact or other compliance documentation, mention the end use in your inquiry and we will confirm what our supply chain can provide for that exact specification.
