Paper is bought by weight and used by the metre. We buy base paper and coat, laminate, silicone-coat, slit, rewind, sheet, print and die-cut it on our own lines in Zhuhai and Chaozhou — so the material and the finished form come from one specification.
What we convert
Base paper is bought to grade, then coated, laminated or silicone-coated in-house before it is slit, rewound, sheeted, printed or die-cut. The grade is confirmed against the line it enters — a baking line, a label press, a bag machine or a food wrapper. The material library lists the base grades we supply.
Converting services
- Coating and laminating — coating and lamination applied on our own lines.
- Silicone coating — release and food-grade silicone applied in-house.
- Slitting to width — master rolls reduced to the width your line runs.
- Rewinding — roll length and core set to your unwinder.
- Sheeting — cut to size, squared and counted.
- Printing — brand, technical or handling print on the material itself.
- Die-cutting — shapes and formats cut from sheet or roll.
What to send us
One page is enough to start:
- Grade or end use
- Grammage or thickness
- Roll width and diameter, or sheet size
- Print or die-cut artwork, if any
- Quantity and delivery schedule
Where a request falls outside the grade or equipment range, we say so before quoting.
Sample and approval
A sample or short trial run is checked on your line, not ours: runnability, registration and release are judged where the paper is used. Approval is given on the trial, not on a data sheet.
Supply forms
Jumbo roll, slit roll, sheet, printed sheet or die-cut part — quoted per grade and format.
FAQ
Do you coat and laminate in-house?
Yes. Coating, lamination and silicone coating are carried out on our own lines, together with slitting, rewinding, sheeting, printing and die-cutting.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on grade and format. Send the specification and we confirm the minimum with the quotation.
Can you match an existing supplier's specification?
Send the current specification sheet. We compare grade, grammage and tolerance before quoting.
Can you print on release paper?
Printing is checked on the face side first. Whether the release side can be printed depends on the grade and is confirmed after a trial.
Do you work from our artwork?
Yes. Artwork is checked for print feasibility and die layout before a trial run.
Can I order material and converted parts in one order?
Yes. The same specification can be quoted as material only or as a converted part.
