How to Select and Order

• Build a colour code first — assign one fluorescent colour per message class (for example green = urgent order, yellow = inspection hold, red = do not use) so staff read the meaning before they read the text.
• Choose the print route — A4 flat sheets for desktop laser/inkjet printing in small batches; roll-fed labels for high-volume printing or automatic application.
• Pick the finish by the lighting — matte reduces glare under bright or angled light; semi-gloss adds slightly deeper colour. Both keep printed text crisp.

FAQ

• Will a bright background affect printing? No — the coated face is chosen so toner adheres and ink stays sharp over the fluorescent ground. Request samples and check legibility on your own laser or inkjet printer before you commit a specification.
• Matte or semi-gloss? Matte reduces glare under bright or angled light; semi-gloss gives a little more colour depth. Both are selected for print clarity — tell us your lighting and reading distance.
• Do fluorescent colours fade? Fluorescent pigments are brightest indoors and can lose intensity faster under prolonged direct sunlight. For shelf, price, promotion and short-to-medium operational labels the colour holds well; for long-term outdoor exposure, confirm the application and finish with us first.
• Can I print variable data myself? Yes — the face is compatible with laser and inkjet printers, so prices, dates, batch or location information can be added at the point of use.
