Bofeng New Materials supplies A4 label sheets for laser and inkjet printers — coated paper, PET and PVC facestocks, in standard layouts or cut to your template.
Sheet labels are chosen by what goes through the printer without jamming, and by what the label has to survive once applied.
- Sheet flatness and liner — a dense glassine liner and accurate guillotining are what keep sheets from curling or double-feeding.
- Ink behaviour — inkjet grades are surface-treated for fast drying and no smearing; laser grades are built to fix toner without blistering at fuser temperature.
- Adhesive — permanent or removable, matched to paper, plastic, glass or metal, and to whether residue matters.
Standard A4 layouts are stocked; custom sheet sizes, label counts per sheet and die shapes are cut to order.
FAQ
- Inkjet or laser sheets? They are not interchangeable — inkjet coatings are formulated for liquid ink, laser grades for hot toner fusing. Tell us the printer and we will supply the matching grade.
- Why do my sheets jam? Usually curl from humidity or a liner that is too thin. Store sheets flat and sealed; specify a heavier liner if jamming persists.
- Can I get a custom layout? Yes — send the template or the required label dimensions and gaps.
- Do you supply samples? Yes — material samples are sent on request; for custom layouts we can provide a printed proof before the run.
