Bofeng New Materials supplies custom printed labels — paper, PET and PVC facestocks, printed offset, letterpress or flexo, and finished to your artwork.
A printed label is specified in three layers: the facestock, the adhesive, and the print and finish. Work through them in that order — the print method follows from the substrate and the quantity.
- Facestock — coated and cast-coated paper for retail colour, textured art paper for premium packs, PET for durability, clear film for a no-label look.
- Print — offset and letterpress for fine detail and colour accuracy; flexo for higher volumes; digital for short runs and variable data.
- Finish — varnish, lamination, hot foil, embossing and spot UV, chosen to match the durability the pack needs.
FAQ
- Can you match a brand colour? Yes — send the target (Pantone reference or a physical standard) and we will confirm on the chosen substrate.
- What artwork do you need? Vector artwork with die lines and bleed. If you only have a flat design, we can advise on die shape and layout.
- Is there a minimum order? Minimum quantity depends on the print method and the die — tell us the run size and we will recommend the most economical route.
- Do you do variable data? Yes — barcodes, QR codes and serial numbers, on digital or pre-printed stock.
