Air fryer paper liners are pre-cut paper sheets that line air-fryer baskets and small ovens: they keep food from sticking, catch grease and crumbs, and turn a scraped basket into a lifted-out liner. They are the fastest-growing consumable in the air-fryer accessory category.

How to Select and Order

• Match the liner footprint to the basket base, then choose wall height by how much splash containment you need.
• Choose ears or handles when the end user lifts the liner out; choose plain walls for drawer-type fryers.
• Choose basis weight by load: heavier grades hold battered and oily food without sagging.
• Choose colour and print by channel: kraft for eco shelf stories, white or printed for private label.

• EU food-contact packs. PFAS restrictions apply to food-contact packaging from 12 August 2026 — tell us the destination market and the food type, and we will confirm the grade, the grease-resistance route and the documents you need. Fluorine-free options are available on request; compliance documentation is provided offline, and we do not publish certificate numbers online.

Yes. Send the basket model or base dimensions and wall height; we quote a cut that fits with clearance for air flow.

Are ears and handles available on all shapes?

Ears and lifting handles are offered on square and round liners; plain-wall versions suit drawer-type baskets where ears would obstruct.

Is the coating food-contact safe?

The coating is a food-grade silicone system on food-grade base paper. Food-contact documentation for your market is available on request.

What retail counts can we pack?

100 / 120 / 200 pcs per bag or box are standard retail counts; blister and custom counts are available for private label.
