PE Film Labels

A bottle of shower gel, hand wash, laundry detergent or sauce gets squeezed dozens of times a day, and every squeeze pulls at the label. If the label cannot flex and spring back with the container, it wrinkles, cracks along the squeeze line, or lifts at the edges — and an otherwise well-made product starts to look tired on the shelf and in the hand.

We supply PE film labels — a polyethylene film, the same resin family as most flexible PE containers, supplied as self-adhesive rolls and printed by flexography or letterpress. The label deforms in sync with the bottle and recovers its shape, so it stays smooth through repeated squeezing instead of creasing or peeling. Because the label and the container share one resin, the pack can be handled as a single material at recycling — the label does not have to be separated from the bottle.

Key Features

Flexes and springs back with the bottle

The film deforms in sync with the container through each squeeze and recovers its original shape, so the label does not wrinkle, crack or cup away from the bottle. It hugs the pack closely — a "second-skin" feel that keeps printing aligned and the product looking as designed.

Crease-resistant after repeated use

The material returns from creasing after deformation, so soft bottles keep a smooth label instead of showing permanent wrinkles or curled edges after weeks of squeezing.

Built for bottles that are squeezed

The construction is engineered for packaging that is flexed over and over, absorbing the deformation of normal use without cracking or detaching from the container.

Shares the container's resin — a recycling mechanism

Because the PE label and the PE bottle are made of the same resin, the whole pack can be treated as a single material in recycling and the label does not need to be separated from the container. Waterproof for humid bathrooms and kitchens

The film does not absorb moisture, so labels stay flat, colour-fast and firmly adhered in steamy or damp storage, and they do not curl when the bottle is used near water.

A soft, matte surface that prints well

A matte, skin-friendly finish lifts the perceived quality of personal-care and cosmetic packs, and the treated surface takes flexographic and letterpress printing with soft, refined colour reproduction.

How to Select and Order

• Choose the grade by container and look — opaque white gives full coverage and is a classic choice for household-cleaning labels; transparent shows the product colour for a "no-label" premium look; an ultra-flexible grade is specified where the pack needs the most supple label.
• Match the film to the container resin — a PE label pairs with a PE container so the pack recycles as one resin; for PP containers we supply PP film labels instead (see the related products below).
• Confirm printing and thickness — send your flexographic or letterpress artwork and the bottle's rigidity, and we will tune the 60–120 μm thickness and confirm the surface treatment before you order.

FAQ

• Will the label crack or peel when the bottle is squeezed repeatedly? It is designed to deform in sync with the container and recover its shape, so within normal use it stays smooth and adhered rather than creasing, cracking or lifting. Send the bottle and its use pattern and we will confirm the right grade.
• How does the recycling claim work? PE film labels and PE containers share the same resin, so the whole pack is a single material: at recycling the label does not have to be separated from the bottle. Recycling and material documentation is provided offline on request; we do not publish certification numbers or recovery-rate figures online.
• Matte white or transparent? Matte white covers the container and gives strong opacity — a classic for household cleaning. Transparent lets the product colour show through for a "no-label" premium effect on cosmetics and care lines.
• Which printing methods suit PE film? Flexographic and letterpress printing both suit the treated surface and give soft, refined colour. Send your artwork and we will advise on the print treatment.
• Can I test it on my own bottle before a bulk order? Yes — request samples, apply them to your actual container, squeeze and check recovery and adhesion, then confirm the specification.
