Some labels are not meant to last forever — they are meant to come off. A PCB process card that rides through wave soldering, a strip masking a thread while a part is spray-painted, a temporary sample tag or a short-term shelf label: each must hold firmly through the job, then peel away cleanly. When such a label leaves adhesive behind or lets paint creep underneath its edge, the defect usually shows up only at the next process step — a dirty contact surface, an oversprayed thread, a rework that should never have happened.
We supply textured (crepe) paper labels that put three jobs on one label: they stick through the process, they mask what must not be painted or coated, and they remove cleanly afterwards. A removable latex adhesive grips smooth surfaces such as metal, glass and plastic, while the tight crepe-paper face resists heat to roughly 120–180°C by grade and stops paint, powder and solvent from creeping under the label.

Key Features
Sticks through the process, then removes cleanly
The removable latex adhesive gives enough initial grip on smooth metal, glass and plastic to hold through handling, soldering and paint stages, yet releases without residue when the job is done. The surface stays clean for the next process or for the finished product — no scraping, no solvent clean-up, no glue ghost on the part.
Masks paint, powder and solvent with a defined edge
The fine, tight crepe surface and the adhesive bed together stop paint, powder and solvent from creeping under the label edge. Threads, connectors and inspection areas stay clean and sharply edged, which cuts overspray rework.
Takes the heat of the process it protects
Depending on grade, the paper tolerates roughly 120°C, 150°C or 180°C, so the right grade holds through wave/reflow soldering, curing ovens and spray baking. Choose the grade that matches your peak process temperature.
Tear-resistant base and clear printing
