Release liner paper

Release paper paper is the basic paper without special treatment used to make release paper. It is a base material that undergoes steps such as lamination and coating with a release agent (e.g. silicone) in a subsequent process to give it an anti-adhesive or barrier function.

Features

1. Physical properties: Release paper paper usually has high mechanical strength, including tensile strength, breakage resistance and stiffness, to ensure that it will not break during processing, and can withstand the application of release agent and subsequent stamping, cutting and other operations.
2. Surface quality: The surface of the raw paper should be flat and smooth to facilitate the uniform coating of release agent and reduce the defects and defective rate in the coating process.
3. Chemical stability: the release paper base paper needs to have good chemical stability and temperature resistance, especially when applied to high temperature or specific chemical environment, should ensure that no chemical reaction or degradation.
4. Adaptability: Depending on the application, the release paper base paper may need to have specific characteristics, such as food-grade applications need to comply with food safety standards, medical grade requires sterile, dust-free, etc.

Application

• Industrial production: widely used in the production of adhesive tapes, labels, protective films, and a variety of prepreg products (such as composite materials, electronic components encapsulation materials), as an anti-adhesive carrier, to facilitate the separation of the adhesive surface after peeling the adhesive material.
• Packaging industry: in the food packaging, medical packaging and other fields, the raw paper can be processed to avoid mutual adhesion of the material liner paper or temporary protective film.
• Printing industry: used in the printing process of transfer, decals and other industries, release paper can be used as a pattern transfer medium.
• Automobile and aviation manufacturing industries: In the manufacture of carbon fiber and other high-performance composite materials, CCK release paper is widely used for its excellent high temperature resistance and is used to carry fiber cloth sheets pre-impregnated with resin.
