Transparent Thermal Labels

Brands and label converters that print price tags and variable-data labels face a recurring trade-off on see-through containers: an opaque label hides the product it is meant to describe. A white patch on a clear bottle, a cosmetics jar or a premium pack covers the goods, fights the packaging design and breaks the display. We supply transparent thermal labels printed on a high-transparency PET (polyester) film. The thermal coating develops dense black where the print head fires and leaves the surrounding substrate clear, so the finished label reads as “invisible” — the product and its container colour stay on show while the price or barcode stays sharp. As a direct-thermal media the labels print on demand through a standard thermal label printer, with no ribbon or ink to buy.
