The high-sensitivity thermal coating develops dense black print quickly, so text, barcodes and QR codes stay crisp and scan reliably at normal and high print speeds.

Adhesion that stays put

Permanent acrylic adhesive bonds to cardboard, corrugated cartons, plastic film and glass bottles. Edges hold in humidity and cold without peeling, while the release liner peels cleanly for fast, accurate labelling.

Smooth, jam-free running

Labels are die-cut and matrix-stripped cleanly and rolls are wound tight, so they run steadily through desktop and industrial direct-thermal label printers with fewer jams and less media waste.

A grade for every label life

Standard coating keeps print legible for roughly 6 months; long-life (TOP) resists light, heat and chemical exposure for roughly 3–5 years — choose by how long the label must stay readable. A BPA-free, phenolic-resin-free top coating is available for food and retail labelling.

• Does it need a ribbon? No — white thermal label paper is a direct-thermal media; thermal barcode printers image it by heat, without ribbon or toner.
• Can size and core be customised? Yes — beyond the typical sizes and 20–150 mm widths, rolls are customised to your label content and printer, including the core.
• Standard or long-life (TOP)? Choose standard when print must stay legible for about 6 months or less; choose long-life (TOP) when it must survive longer (roughly 3–5 years) against light, heat and chemicals.
