Fried chicken, burgers and just-baked pastries leave the counter hot and carrying oil. Greaseproof paper without plastic coating is single-material: it composts in industrial facilities and can be recycled with paper where local programmes accept it. Sizes, printing, paper weight and closures are made to order.

- Match the greaseproof grade to how oily the food is — standard greaseproof holds everyday fried and buttery goods; for very oily products held for a long time, a lined or composite construction can be offered.
- Match the size to the portion and how it is served — individual portions, counter sales and multi-item takeaway each take a different format.
- Send the product type, dimensions, plain or printed, and quantity; we confirm the specification before you order. Request samples to test oil holdout and printing on your own product.
- EU food-contact packs. PFAS restrictions apply to food-contact packaging from 12 August 2026 — tell us the destination market and the food type, and we will confirm the grade, the grease-resistance route and the documents you need. Fluorine-free options are available on request; compliance documentation is provided offline, and we do not publish certificate numbers online.

- Can greaseproof paper bags go in the oven? — No. They are rated for oil holdout at serving temperature, not for high heat or direct oven use. For baking straight in the oven, use parchment paper bags instead.

- How oily a product can they hold? — Everyday fried and buttery items pass without staining through. They are not for very heavy oil held over long periods; for extremely oily contents we can suggest a liner or a composite construction — tell us the product.
