Bofeng New Materials is a paper converting manufacturer. We buy base paper and coat, laminate, silicone-coat, slit, rewind, sheet, print and die-cut it on our own lines in Zhuhai and Chaozhou, Guangdong. Our main materials are water-based coated paper, silicone-coated paper and coated and laminated paper, supplied as jumbo rolls, slit rolls, cut sheets or finished parts.
Alongside the material business we produce four finished product lines for food and retail: Baking & Food Paper — parchment, greaseproof, silicone-coated and food-service grades; Eco Paper Bags — kraft, glassine and greaseproof bags; Eco Labels — paper and film self-adhesive labels, facestock and release liners; Fresh Absorbent Pads — food-grade soaker pads for meat, seafood, fruit and produce.
Custom sizes, OEM and printing available. Grades are food-contact compliant, with documents provided on request.

Our lines run the full sequence: coating, lamination, silicone coating, slitting, rewinding, sheeting, printing and die-cutting. That is why one grade can leave us as a jumbo roll, a slit roll set to your unwind width, a counted sheet pack, or a printed and die-cut part.
We run water-based coated paper, silicone-coated paper and coated and laminated paper as standard materials, and confirm grammage, width and tolerance against the line the paper will enter — a baking line, a label press, a bag machine or a food wrapper.
